Living with a Chronic Illnesses is very challenging depending on the nature of the symptoms and progression of the condition. People with a Chronic Illness can develop depressive and anxiety symptoms. There is also a huge grief and adjustment process once someone has been diagnosed with a Chronic Illness. This also affects their loved ones. Living with a Chronic Illness can be very disabling, challenging and isolating.
